Our COVID-19 Policies
We are so excited to welcome our guests for ziplining, high ropes adventuring, and tons of outdoor fun! We take every precaution to keep you and your loved ones healthy during your visit.
Cancellation & Rebooking Policies
Cancellation: For any cancellation made up to 48 hours prior to your tour start time you will receive full refund for your tour cost/taxes—any booking fees will not be able to be refunded. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, you’ll receive a voucher for the full amount of your tour.
Rebooking: If you need to rebook your tour for any reason, you may. There is no charge to rebook your tour for a future date.
Outdoor Seating: We have plenty of outdoor seating area for people to spread out while they wait for their tour.
Sanitized Mini Lockers: Mini lockers will be available for guests to store their keys, wallets, etc. before their tour begins.
Online Booking and Waiver: As always, we encourage our guests to book their tour online. Before your tour, in order to participate, you’ll need to sign an online waiver. You can find this waiver in your confirmation email.

Face Coverings: Masks are highly encouraged but not required. Guides will continue to wear masks during tours & guests may if they so choose.
Gloves: All guests are given a pair of nitrile gloves and will be required to wear them during the tour.
Hand Sanitizer: Guests are required to apply hand sanitizer before using the gear or gloves provided for the tour.
Minimize Contact: Guides are instructed to adjust their normal procedures to minimize physical contact between themselves and guests.
Guests: We ask guests who feel sick, who are running a fever, or who have been exposed to COVID-19 in any way, to stay home.
Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer is available for guests before and after their tour.
Bathrooms: Bathrooms are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Surface Sanitization: We regularly sanitize high-traffic areas and surfaces with disinfectant spray.
Gear: We carefully sanitize our helmets, harnesses, and gloves, and spacing out and rotate the use of our gear so different tour groups do not use the same gear back-to-back.

Yes. We’ll continue to offer our photo package for guests.
We will have a cashless tipping system in place. Guests will be able to tip their guides via credit card.
Yes! We’re accepting bookings for our summer season! Tours regularly sell out during the summer (especially weekends) so we would encourage you to schedule your adventure in advance.
